Over the years, we note that 2Modern discounts tend to turn up as direct markdowns on select brands and during seasonal sales events rather than through sitewide codes or recurring promotions. Savings opportunities cluster in a dedicated sale section, and these markdowns can align with seasonal event timing. Loyalty programs and member pricing are not part of the savings mix, with brand-led offers shaping the primary deal landscape. However, there is a Trade Program available for professionals.

Smart Shopping Tip
Do not assume every eligible cart ships at no added cost. Some 2Modern items still have manufacturer fees, and select large pieces use White Glove Service.

Smart Shopping Tip
Check whether the item is clearance before you order. 2Modern's Low Price Guarantee can match a lower advertised price from an authorized dealer for 7 days, but clearance and special promotions are excluded.
Savings Tips & Policies Savings Tips and Store Policies are reviewed by our team. For your financial confidence, always confirm terms, eligibility and final totals in your cart. While our savings veterans make every effort to ensure the accuracy of store policies, savings advice, and promotions, retailers may (and often do) change or discontinue these without notice to us. To avoid surprises, please confirm final totals, eligibility, and terms with 2Modern or in your cart before completing your purchase. Suggest an Update.
Our Guide to 2026 2Modern Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code on 2Modern checkout?
During 2Modern checkout, find the Discount Code box in the upper right. Enter your Discount Code, then click Apply to update your total before you complete your order.
What is 2Modern's return policy?
2Modern offers a standard return policy that allows shoppers to return most items within 30 days, provided products are unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. While this gives customers some flexibility, returns are not free since shipping costs and a restocking fee are deducted from refunds, and processing can take at least two weeks. Made-to-order, open box, and gift card purchases are mostly non-returnable, so shoppers should review product details carefully before buying.
2Modern offers free shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous US, which is a great perk for shoppers looking to save. Orders under $50 have a $5 shipping fee, and some items may have extra charges based on the manufacturer. Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days when shipped through FedEx Ground or UPS, but delivery times can vary. 2Modern does not ship to PO Boxes and requires a street address for delivery. White Glove Service is available for select large items.
2Modern's order cancellation policy is fairly standard but shoppers should act quickly, as most orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours. Made-to-order items are stricter and cannot be cancelled after this window. If you cancel after shipping or processing, you'll pay round-trip shipping fees. Refunds take at least 2 weeks, so patience is needed.
2Modern frequently offers seasonal sales events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and end-of-season sales, with discounts ranging from 15% to 50% off, making it a smart choice for shoppers seeking modern furniture deals. The Annual Blu Dot Sale features up to 20% off, and new customers can get 5% off their first order by joining the newsletter. However, some brands and sale items are excluded from these promotions, so it's wise to check the details before purchasing. Overall, 2Modern is a reliable destination for quality home furnishings at competitive prices during sale periods.
Is Buy Now, Pay Later available at 2Modern?
2Modern offers a Buy Now, Pay Later option with Affirm, letting shoppers split purchases into monthly payments. Eligibility and terms depend on a real-time credit check and purchase amount. Interest rates and payment plans vary, so be sure to review all details at checkout for the best deal.
Does 2Modern have a price matching policy?
2Modern's Low Price Guarantee gives shoppers peace of mind by matching lower advertised prices from other authorized dealers for 7 days after purchase. Exclusions apply to special promotions, rebates, and clearance items. Price matching can be requested by phone or email.
Which 2Modern brands are excluded from promo code discounts?
Promo codes and discounts do not apply to sale items, gift cards, or orders placed on the trade site. Excluded brands include Arteriors, Audo Copenhagen, Babyletto, BDI, Blu Dot, Currey and Company, Ferm Living, Fermob, FLOS, Foscarini, Hooker Furniture, Hubbardton Forge, Ingo Maurer, Kartell, Modern Fan Company, Modern Forms, Namesake, Nursery Works, Umbrosa, Visual Comfort and Co, and WAC Lighting. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other active promotions, sales, or offers.
What is the current price match policy at 2Modern?
2Modern provides price matching on identical items sold by select online competitors if a lower price is found at the time of purchase or within seven days. Contact customer service to confirm eligible retailers.
