Our Guide to 2026 Arhaus Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Discount Code on Arhaus?

On the Checkout page at Arhaus, find the Discount Code field in the upper right of the screen. Enter the Discount Code, select APPLY, and confirm the discount is applied before continuing checkout.

• What's the standard return policy at Arhaus?

Arhaus offers a fairly strict return policy that shoppers should consider before purchasing. Stock furniture and rugs must be returned within 14 days, while most other items have a 30-day window, and mattresses allow 60 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Delivery fees are generally non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee often applies. Many custom and clearance items are non-returnable. Refunds go to the original payment method, but some returns may be refunded as store credit.

• How is shipping managed at Arhaus?

Arhaus ships orders using UPS. Their white glove delivery for furniture is a plus, handling setup and cleanup, but most smaller items ship standard with no assembly. Delivery fees are standard and free shipping is rare, often limited to select decor. Shoppers should note strict delivery requirements, restocking fees, and no free shipping on larger items, making this policy less flexible for bargain hunters.

• What should I know about canceling at Arhaus?

Arhaus has a strict order cancellation policy that shoppers should be aware of, especially when considering custom or special-order items. While standard orders can be modified or canceled by contacting customer service, custom orders are final once submitted for production and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Additionally, the required 50% deposit for custom orders is non-refundable unless there is a manufacturer defect or damage during transit. This policy means shoppers should be certain about their custom selections before placing an order, making it less flexible than some other retailers but clear and upfront about the terms.

• Does Arhaus have a program for loyal customers?

The Arhaus loyalty program is called Archarge Rewards and is available only to Arhaus Archarge Credit Card holders. Members earn $100 in Rewards Dollars for every $1,500 in qualifying purchases made at Arhaus stores (excluding Loft), online, or by phone. Rewards can be redeemed for future purchases. Purchases under promo plans longer than 6 months and Loft transactions do not earn rewards. Cardholders may also get special financing like 6 or 24-month no-interest offers and access to exclusive perks.

• Are large sales events part of Arhaus' offerings?

Arhaus offers periodic opportunities to save through promotions, markdowns, discontinued merchandise, and clearance events. Discounts vary by promotion and product, and Arhaus sometimes offers substantial reductions on select furniture and decor. Clearance and "Last Chance" items can provide additional savings, although the exact discount varies and inventory is limited. Arhaus also offers financing and rewards through its Archarge credit card, though current official materials do not establish that cardholders routinely receive exclusive sale events. Shoppers should review the terms of each promotion carefully, as exclusions commonly apply to prior purchases, taxes, delivery fees, and protection plans. Clearance and other final-sale merchandise generally cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Does Arhaus offer price adjustments?

Arhaus offers a one-time price adjustment for eligible purchases within 30 days after delivery when you provide the original receipt or other proof of purchase. Price adjustments are not available for items bought from The Loft or for Clearance, Final Sale, or Seasonal merchandise. Requests outside the 30-day window after delivery do not qualify.

• Does Arhaus offer credit card options for customers?

The Arhaus Credit Card is a solid choice for frequent shoppers. Cardholders earn one Rewards Dollar per dollar spent and receive a $100 certificate for every 1,500 Rewards Dollars. The card features special financing like no interest if paid in full within 6 months on purchases of $399 or more, but longer-term financing does not earn rewards. The APR is high at 35.99%, and there is a $2.99 monthly fee for paper statements.

• What is excluded from Arhaus discounts and offers?

Arhaus promotional discounts apply solely to merchandise subtotals. Savings calculations do not include taxes, delivery fees, or Worry-Free Protection Plan fees. You cannot apply promotional offers to previous purchases, delivery charges, or Worry-Free Protection Plans. Additionally, all promotional discounts and special offers are completely excluded from Arhaus the Loft Clearance Centers.
