On the Checkout page at Burrow, find the Discount Code box in the upper right and enter your code. Click Apply to apply the Discount Code to your order.

• How are returns managed at Burrow?

Burrow's return policy gives shoppers 30 days to return most items and 100 days for Lyric Mattresses, but you must keep products in good, unused condition to qualify. Returns come with shipping fees of 10% or 20% of the paid value, depending on packaging, with a $250 cap per item, though defective or damaged items under warranty are exempt. Refunds are processed quickly, but custom and final sale items may not be returnable. Burrow also offers a one-year warranty and optional extended coverage.

• How is shipping managed at Burrow?

Burrow offers free shipping on qualifying orders under $100 and provides clear delivery estimates at checkout. Flat shipping fees apply for larger orders, including $39 for orders between $100-$500, $49 for orders between $500-$1,000 and $69 for orders over $1,000. Shipping times are not guaranteed, and orders cannot be combined, split between addresses or modified after purchase, so it's important to review all shipping details before checkout.

• What kinds of discounts does Burrow provide?

Burrow offers a valuable Trade Partners Program that gives designers, decorators and interiors professionals a 20% discount on all Burrow products, even for personal use. Members enjoy perks like a dedicated support team, flexible ordering options and early access to new releases. However, Burrow does not advertise special discounts for groups such as military, students, teachers, first responders or medical staff.

• Does Burrow allow cancellations?

Burrow's order cancellation policy allows cancellations any time prior to a shipping label being created, though approval depends on order status and is not guaranteed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, making the policy generally fair but time-sensitive.

• Does Burrow provide a rewards program?

Burrow does not offer a traditional rewards or loyalty program for everyday shoppers, which may disappoint those looking for ongoing perks or points. However, professionals in the interiors industry can benefit from a Trade Partners Program with a 20% discount, and all customers can take advantage of a Refer a Friend program for extra savings. Overall, options are limited for regular shoppers seeking rewards.
