Our Guide to 2026 Homary Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter my Homary coupon code?

At Homary, find the Coupon Code box on the middle left of the Cart Summary page under Apply a coupon code. Enter your code and click Apply to redeem it before completing your purchase.

• What is Homary's return policy?

Homary's return policy gives shoppers a 30-day window from delivery to return items, but strict conditions apply. Products must be unused and in original packaging, and return shipping usually must be paid unless there's a quality issue. Refunds are processed after inspection, generally within 14 days. Clearance, custom, and non-returnable items are excluded. Faulty or damaged goods must be reported quickly for a full refund or replacement. Homary also offers a three-year warranty on home decor items.

• What shipping guidelines does Homary have?

Homary's shipping policy is shopper-friendly, offering free shipping to most mainland locations and delivering to major countries like the US, UK, and across Europe. Orders are usually processed quickly, with dispatch in about 48 hours and delivery typically within a week, though it can take up to 30 days in rare cases. Reliable carriers and tracking add peace of mind, but note that PO Boxes and military addresses are excluded and remote areas may face surcharges.

• How does Homary handle cancellations?

Homary's order cancellation policy offers shoppers some flexibility, especially if your order is still pending, as it will automatically cancel after a month if left untouched. However, once the order is processing or completed, options become limited and you must act fast by contacting customer service. Customized items and furniture are even stricter, with only a 24-hour cancellation window. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed until confirmed by Homary, and refusing delivery without approval could mean extra fees. This policy is fairly standard but requires quick action and careful attention to order status, so shoppers should double-check details before finalizing purchases.

• Is there a rewards program at Homary?

Homary's Rewards Points program is a decent way for frequent shoppers to save, as you automatically earn points with every purchase or even just by browsing products. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders, though there are limits on how much you can save per order and points expire after a year. While not the most generous loyalty program, it's a straightforward way to get extra value if you shop regularly.

• Does Homary provide big periodic sales?

Homary provides big periodic sales throughout the year. Major shopping events such as Black Friday and Cyber Week are among the opportunities for shoppers to find discounts on select furniture, home decor, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and other products. Homary also runs limited-time promotions, flash deals, coupons, and product markdowns outside of these major events. The exact savings vary depending on the promotion, product, and eligibility requirements. New customers may also be offered introductory coupons or other incentives. Because Homary's promotions change regularly, shoppers looking for the best price should check the company's current deals and coupon offers before placing an order.

• Does Homary offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option?

Homary shoppers can enjoy flexible Buy Now Pay Later options through Klarna and Affirm, making it easier to spread out payments over time. These plans offer convenience and buyer protection, and some even cater to those with less-than-perfect credit, making larger purchases more accessible.

• Does Homary offer price matching?

Homary offers a 30-day price match on lower prices found on its own website after purchase. The item must have been bought directly from Homary, remain in stock, and match exactly in brand, size, color, model number, and quantity. This policy applies only to Homary site pricing and does not cover other websites. Clearance items, Flash Sales, Set Sales, coupon discounted prices, and price changes after 30 days are excluded.
