Our Guide to 2026 Rooms To Go Shopping Policies

• What is the return policy at Rooms To Go?

For online purchases, Rooms To Go allows returns within 48 hours of delivery when the merchandise is not as expected. For showroom purchases, no refunds are available once the merchandise has been delivered, so delivered showroom orders are not returnable for a refund. Delivery fees are non refundable, and returns may include a pickup or restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 10 business days by Rooms To Go.

• How does shipping work at Rooms To Go?

Rooms To Go delivery charges are generally based on distance and item count. Full service delivery includes placement inside the home, assembly for most items, and packaging removal. Lower-cost Doorway Delivery places furniture in the first room without assembly or packaging removal. Eligible orders may also qualify for free Distribution Center pickup. • What are the rules for canceling at Rooms To Go?

Roomstogo.com offers shoppers the ability to cancel online orders by phone until about three days before delivery. Once items are loaded for delivery, cancellations are no longer accepted, and the process becomes a return. For purchases made in a Rooms To Go showroom, full refunds are only available if they are canceled within 48 hours of purchase, and showroom orders canceled after 48 hours are only refunded at 80%. Express or next-day delivery orders cannot be canceled at all. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process, so shoppers should act quickly if they want to change their minds. This policy is fairly strict, so purchases should be planned carefully to avoid any disappointment or unexpected fees.

• Is there a program of major promotions at Rooms To Go?

Rooms To Go regularly runs seasonal sales, including Labor Day and Black Friday events, along with other limited-time promotions. Shoppers can also find digital coupons and select furniture and decor with free shipping, making Rooms To Go a potentially good option for budget-conscious furniture shoppers.

• What BNPL options does Rooms To Go offer?

Rooms To Go offers BNPL through Klarna, letting you split your purchase into 4 interest free payments. The store also provides its own financing and credit card plans. Terms and schedules vary by option, and interest may apply to financing offers. Review all terms and potential interest rates before committing. Compare Klarna with the store financing to choose the plan that fits your budget and timeline.

• Does Rooms To Go honor price match requests?

Rooms To Go offers a 30-day price match guarantee. If an item gets marked down before delivery, you can request a credit to your card for the price difference. If the price drops within 30 days after delivery, you can request store credit for the difference instead. That store credit can be used on a future purchase made online or in a showroom.
