Our Guide to 2026 Cigars International Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a promo code on Cigars International?

On the Shopping Cart page for Cigars International, find the Promo Code box at the bottom right labeled Enter Promo Code or CI Bucks. Enter your code and click Apply to redeem it.

• What's Cigars International's return process?

Cigars International offers a fairly standard return policy, giving shoppers 30 days to return items for exchange, credit, or refund, which is helpful for those who want peace of mind when making a purchase. However, there are some restrictions, especially on cigars, samplers, and pipes, so you need to keep products mostly unused and in original packaging to qualify. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged, so factor that into your decision. Overall, the policy is reasonable but not overly generous, so read the details before buying.

• Can you explain Cigars International's shipping rules?

Cigars International provides a wide range of shipping options including express and free shipping on select deals, but shoppers should note that delivery is not available to Utah or Hawaii. Orders usually ship quickly if placed before 3pm EST, though delivery can take up to 8 business days. Signature from someone 21 or older is always required, and extra charges may apply for oversized items or special addresses. This policy is fairly flexible, but not the fastest or cheapest for everyone.

• Does Cigars International give special customer discounts?

Cigars International provides a 10% discount for military members, veterans, their families, and first responders, making it a valuable offer for those who qualify. Shoppers must verify eligibility online or in-store, but the discount cannot be combined with other promos or applied to select items and programs. This policy is a solid way for eligible customers to save on cigar purchases.

• Can I cancel a Cigars International order?

• Does Cigars International offer Buy Now Pay Later?

Customers can select Zip at checkout to split their order total into four equal installments. This payment method is interest-free and requires the use of a credit card or debit card. The platform automatically schedules and processes these four payments to occur every two weeks, allowing shoppers to buy their items immediately and pay for them over time.
