Our Guide to 2026 Thompson Cigar Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a promo code at Thompson Cigar?

On the Shopping Cart page for Thompson Cigar, find the Promo Code box in the upper right. Enter your code and click Apply to apply the savings to your order.

• How does Thompson Cigar handle returns?

Thompson Cigar accepts eligible returns for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days after you contact customer care. Boxes or bundles qualify for full merchandise credit less shipping when no more than one cigar is missing or used; additional missing or used cigars reduce the credit. Samplers and five-packs must be unopened. Unsmoked pipes can be returned within 30 days, and the one-year defect warranty has separate conditions. These return rules do not reduce the health risks of tobacco use.
