Our Guide to 2026 Havenly Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Promo Code at Havenly?

On the Havenly Shopping Cart page, find Promo Code? in the middle right of the page. Enter your Promo Code and click Apply to apply it to your order.

• How does Havenly handle returns?

Havenly offers a standard 30-day return policy, which is helpful for most shoppers, but keep in mind that items must be unused and have original tags. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, customer support is responsive and may resolve the issue without needing you to send the item back. However, for most returns, you will pay return shipping and original shipping costs are not refunded. Custom and final sale items cannot be returned, and returns are not accepted from Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. Territories.

• What is the shipping policy at Havenly?

Havenly shipping costs are based on the cart subtotal per vendor partner, and items ship via UPS or FedEx. Standard delivery starts at $14. Large furniture may use threshold delivery for a flat $149 fee, and white glove delivery may be available for a flat $249 fee. Alaska, Hawaii, and territories may have added vendor charges, so be sure to check.

• How are cancellations managed at Havenly?

Havenly's order cancellation policy is fairly flexible if you act quickly before your item ships, making it easy to cancel through your account. However, once an item is shipped, cancellation is unlikely and you may face return shipping fees. Some items are non-returnable and may incur extra fees. Refunds are first given as store credit, but you can request your money back.

• Does Havenly hold large sales during the year?

Havenly offers shoppers frequent opportunities to save with major sales events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and key holiday promotions, often featuring discounts up to 50% on furniture and decor. Seasonal sales such as the Summer Sale and Buy More, Save More events provide extra value, making it a smart choice for those looking for deals on home design. Offers may require promo codes and usually cannot be combined, but the best available discount is always applied, ensuring shoppers get the maximum savings possible.

• Does Havenly offer buy now, pay later?

Havenly offers Affirm financing for eligible furniture and decor purchases at checkout. Available plans spread payments over 3, 6, or 12 months, with rates starting at 0% APR. Approval and available terms depend on the information provided to Affirm. Monthly plans may include interest, such as 15% APR in the provided example. Affirm does not charge late, service, prepayment, or hidden fees.

• Does Havenly offer price matching?

Havenly honors price matching when you find the same product at a lower price on one of its vendor partners' sites. Submit the lower price from the matching vendor partner site at checkout, and the estimated savings will appear in your cart before review by Havenly's ordering team after checkout. Vendor and product qualifications apply, and exclusions are part of the policy.
