Our Guide to 2026 KiwiCo Shopping Policies

• Where do I apply a Coupon Code on KiwiCo?

On the Shopping Cart page at KiwiCo, find the Coupon Code box in the middle right under Have a coupon code? Enter the Coupon Code, click Apply, and confirm savings appear before checkout.

• How do returns work at KiwiCo?

KiwiCo's return policy is fairly clear, allowing returns for full refund on non-subscription, non-bulk items if unused and returned within 60 days, which offers flexibility for shoppers. The delivery fee is non-refundable unless the product is damaged or not as described, in which case a full refund is offered. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Subscription boxes, bulk purchases, and final sale items cannot be returned, so shop carefully and review every order before purchasing.

• What shipping guidelines does KiwiCo have?

KiwiCo's shipping policy is shopper-friendly, especially for subscribers who get free standard shipping across the US, including Hawaii, Alaska, and military addresses. Non-members can also benefit from free shipping on larger orders, making it a good deal for families or gift shoppers. Shipping is reliable and quick for most US orders. Overall, KiwiCo offers flexible and transparent shipping options for a smooth shopping experience.

• What are the rules for canceling at KiwiCo?

KiwiCo's order cancellation policy is straightforward but not very flexible, especially for prepaid or longer-term subscriptions. Monthly subscribers can cancel easily online or by email, but timing is crucial to avoid extra charges. Prepaid and multi-month plans lock you in with no refunds, so shoppers should be sure before committing. This policy is typical for subscription box services, but it's important to note that you won't get your money back if you cancel early. Overall, KiwiCo is transparent about its terms, but budget-conscious shoppers should review the details before purchasing to avoid surprises.

• How can I get rewards at KiwiCo?

KiwiCo offers a Refer A Friend Program as its loyalty option. Members earn credits toward future purchases by referring friends who then make a purchase. When a referred friend completes an order, credits are issued to the member for use on a later KiwiCo purchase. This referral credit structure is the core benefit and the main way to earn rewards with KiwiCo. To get rewarded, share with friends, wait until they buy, then apply earned credits to reduce the price of a future order.
