Our observations point to a pattern of selective sitewide or category-driven discounts at MacKenzie-Childs, with deeper price cuts most often concentrated in clearance promotions and major annual events. Discount codes appear at times, commonly tied to email sign-up or account creation, and first-time customer incentives are frequently promoted through on-site pop-ups. The MacKenzie-Childs Rewards program plays a notable role, with members gaining early access to select deals and points-based rewards. Outside of clearance and key sale events, markdown activity tends to be more measured and targeted.

Our Guide to 2026 MacKenzie-Childs Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a MacKenzie-Childs promo code?
Enter your code in the MacKenzie-Childs Promo Codes box in the middle right of the checkout page, below the order summary. Click Apply to redeem your promo code before completing checkout.
What return guidelines does MacKenzie-Childs have?
The Mackenzie-Childs return policy is fairly standard and gives shoppers a generous 90-day window to return most non-furniture items, as long as they are unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed to your original payment method if returned within 30 days, otherwise you get store credit. Be aware that return shipping costs are your responsibility and some exceptions apply, including final sale and custom items. Furniture returns are more restrictive, with a shorter window and a restocking fee.
MacKenzie-Childs offers a flexible shipping policy with several delivery options including standard, freight, and in-home white glove service, making it easy to choose what fits your needs. Shoppers in the 48 contiguous US states can get free standard shipping on orders over $150, but some exclusions and sale event restrictions apply. Shipping fees are higher for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and freight delivery requires an adult signature. Overall, the policy is straightforward and reliable for most customers.
How are cancellations managed at MacKenzie-Childs?
MacKenzie-Childs offers a straightforward order cancellation policy that benefits shoppers who act quickly, as cancellations are only possible if your order has not been processed. Contact customerservice@mackenzie-childs.com to get in touch with a customer service representative. This policy is clear and fair, but shoppers should be prompt and mindful of timing.
Is there a shopper loyalty program at MacKenzie-Childs?
The MacKenzie-Childs Rewards program is a free loyalty option for US shoppers, letting you earn points for every dollar spent both online and in-store, plus bonus points for select activities. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, though only one reward can be used per order. New members also get 10% off their first purchase, making it a worthwhile program for frequent buyers seeking extra savings.
MacKenzie-Childs offers several seasonal sales like the Summer Sale, Barn Sale, Sample Sale, Warehouse Sale, and After Holiday Sale, with discounts often reaching up to 50% or 60% off select clearance items. These events are great for bargain hunters, but be aware that free shipping and extra coupons are usually excluded during special sales, so plan your shopping accordingly.
Can MacKenzie-Childs orders be split into multiple payments?
MacKenzie-Childs offers Afterpay for eligible online orders from $1 to $3,000. Purchases are split into four interest-free payments, with the first due at checkout and the remaining three charged every two weeks. Early payments are allowed. Gift cards and backordered items are excluded. Late fees may apply to missed payments. Eligible returns follow the standard return policy, and Afterpay adjusts remaining installments after refunds.

Does MacKenzie-Childs offer price matching?
MacKenzie-Childs offers a price adjustment when the price of the exact same in-stock item is reduced within 10 days of the purchase date. The item must match in color, style, pattern, and size, and a dated proof of purchase is required. The difference is refunded to the original payment method, with only one adjustment allowed per item. Free shipping offers, gifts with purchase, and select sales such as the Barn Sale and After-Holiday Sale are excluded.
The primary annual sale is the Barn Sale, held in July with discounts of up to 60%. MacKenzie-Childs also hosts Warehouse Sales, most recently in May and June, with savings up to 70% or more on select categories like furniture and rugs.
How can I save money with referrals at MacKenzie-Childs?
Use your Rewards referral link when sending a friend to shop. If the friend is new, joins Rewards, and places a first order of $150 or more through that link, the friend gets $15 off, and you get 500 points, worth a $15 reward.
