Our Guide to 2026 RAGS Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a discount code at RAGS?

On the Review Order page for RAGS, find the Discount Code box in the upper right. Enter your code and click Apply to apply the discount to your order.

• How do returns work at RAGS?

RAGS offers a straightforward return policy for shoppers, allowing returns of unworn and unwashed items with tags within 30 days for a refund, store credit, or exchange. While a $7 return shipping fee applies to most refunds, customers who purchase Re.do shipping insurance enjoy free returns, which is a nice perk. Note that final sale items cannot be returned. Overall, the policy is fair but shoppers should be mindful of the shipping fee.

• What should I know about RAGS shipping?

RAGS offers a straightforward shipping policy with quick processing times, shipping most orders within 1-3 business days and providing expedited options for faster delivery. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders, which is a nice perk for coupon hunters, but international shoppers should be aware of potentially long delivery times and extra customs fees. While the shipping options are flexible, RAGS does not cover lost or misdelivered packages and cannot combine orders, so shoppers should double-check their details before checkout. Overall, the policy is clear and reliable for most shoppers, though international buyers may face delays and extra costs.

• Can I cancel an order at RAGS?

RAGS has a strict order cancellation policy that does not allow changes or cancellations once the fulfillment process has started, and requests made after one hour of purchase are not accepted. While this policy may limit flexibility for shoppers, it helps ensure fast order processing and shipping, which is valuable for those seeking quick delivery. If there are any issues, customers can contact their support team for help. This straightforward approach is important to know before placing an order, especially for coupon users who may want to adjust their purchase after checkout.

• Is RAGS known for big storewide sales?

RAGS is a reliable spot for seasonal savings, especially during major events like Black Friday when shoppers can expect site-wide discounts of around 25%, though Essentials items are usually excluded. The automatic application of discounts makes checkout easy, and newsletter subscribers often get early access, making it a smart move to sign up. With daily new style releases during these sales, it's a great time to find deals on trendy kids' clothing.

• Does RAGS have a Buy Now, Pay Later program?

RAGS offers Shop Pay, Sezzle, and Afterpay as buy now, pay later options, letting shoppers split their purchase into manageable payments without interest if paid on time. Sezzle and Afterpay provide four interest-free payments taken every two weeks and require approval but will have no impact on credit score. Shop Pay and Afterpay are only available for orders over $35, while Sezzle does not have a minimum amount. These flexible payment methods can help budget-conscious customers shop for stylish apparel while spreading out costs, making it easier to enjoy deals and savings.

• Does RAGS offer price matching?

RAGS does not honor price adjustments when an item you purchased goes on sale after your order is placed. Prices can change at any time, and the original purchase price remains in effect once the transaction is completed. Earlier orders are not eligible for a refund, credit, or updated lower price based on a later sale or other price change.
