In our continuous reviews, we spot frequent sitewide and category discounts at Tea Collection, often applied automatically at checkout without the need for codes. Extra percent off sale events are a familiar sight, especially on already reduced items, and these deals tend to be shown on both the homepage and sale sections. Shoppers can access discounts through the Tea Collection email newsletter or earn store credit through the Tea ReWear program.

Our Guide to 2026 Tea Collection Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code at Tea Collection?
Find the Promo Code box in the upper right of the Shopping Bag page at Tea Collection. Enter your Promo Code and click the arrow button to apply it to your order.
How does Tea Collection handle returns?
Tea Collection offers a shopper-friendly return policy with a generous 90-day window for most items, excluding final sale and warehouse sale products. Returns within 60 days get a full refund, while those made between 60 and 90 days receive store credit. Using their return shipping label means a fee is deducted. Gift returns are only eligible for store credit. Returns are not accepted for purchases from other retailers.
Tea Collection's shipping policy is solid for shoppers looking for flexibility, offering standard, priority, and express options. Standard delivery takes around 5-10 business days, Priority takes 3-7 business days, and Express takes 2-5 business days. Free standard shipping kicks in for US orders over $150, which is a nice perk for larger purchases, while smaller orders have a reasonable flat rate plus a small surcharge. Select standard option when shipping to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. For APO/FPO addresses, please allow 3 weeks for delivery.
How do cancellations work at Tea Collection?
Tea Collection's order cancellation policy is quite strict, as an automated system processes orders quickly and generally does not allow changes or cancellations once an order is placed. It's important to double-check an order before completing a purchase.
Tea Collection is a reliable choice for savvy shoppers looking for seasonal savings, with frequent promotions around major holidays like Black Friday and Memorial Day. Shoppers can expect discounts up to 70% off, though some exclusions apply. These regular sales make it easy to find quality kids' clothing at reduced prices, making Tea Collection a smart stop for deal seekers.
Does Tea Collection offer price matching?
Tea Collection offers a one-time price adjustment if the same item is listed on its site at a lower price within 10 days of the order date. Contact the store within 2 days to receive the difference back to the original payment method, or within 3 to 10 days to receive store credit for the difference. Requests can be made by phone at 866.374.8747 or by email at service@teacollection.com.
