On the Express Checkout Shipping page, find the Discount Code field in the upper right. Enter your code and select Apply to add it to your order.

• How does Sanrio handle returns?

Sanrio.com offers a straightforward return policy that allows returns on most non-personalized items within 30 days when items are in original condition and packaging. • What's the procedure to cancel at Sanrio?

Sanrio's order cancellation policy is fairly strict, especially for personalized items which usually cannot be canceled. Shoppers must act quickly and contact customer service before shipping if they want to cancel. Sanrio may also cancel orders at their discretion for reasons like suspicious activity or out-of-stock items, so it's important to double-check your order details.

• Is Sanrio known for big storewide sales?

Sanrio frequently runs annual sales like their Back-to-School and Holiday events, usually offering 20-50% off sitewide, making it a great time for shoppers to save on popular items. Flash sales and exclusive email offers, including a 10% first-order discount, add extra value. Act quickly, as discounted products may sell out and are not always restocked.
