What we see at Secretlab is a pattern where promotional codes and markdowns are offered during major sales events, and discounts can be accessed during product retirements or unique edition launches. Secretlab sometimes features limited-time offers directly on its site, with discount codes available through email sign-ups. Any price reductions are typically applied straight to product pages, and seasonal promotions and bulk discounts are also part of the mix.

Smart Shopping Tip
When shopping the Sale section, compare items by total cost with shipping, not just the marked-down price. Secretlab says shipping is shown at checkout and usually costs about $41 per item, so it can change which deal is best.
Savings Tips & Policies Savings Tips and Store Policies are reviewed by our team. For your financial confidence, always confirm terms, eligibility and final totals in your cart. While our savings veterans make every effort to ensure the accuracy of store policies, savings advice, and promotions, retailers may (and often do) change or discontinue these without notice to us. To avoid surprises, please confirm final totals, eligibility, and terms with Secretlab or in your cart before completing your purchase. Suggest an Update.
Our Guide to 2026 Secretlab Shopping Policies
Where can I enter my Secretlab discount code?
Enter your code in the Discount Code box at the upper right of the Shopping Cart page and click Apply to redeem your savings.
What should I know about returns at Secretlab?
Secretlab's return policy is somewhat strict, as they do not allow exchanges and customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs, which can be expensive. Returns for certain products like NeueChair require items to be completely unused and unassembled, and extra fees may apply if the condition is not perfect. However, Secretlab does offer extended warranties on select chairs, which can provide peace of mind for shoppers.
Secretlab offers reliable shipping to most addresses in the contiguous US using trusted carriers like FedEx and UPS, with fast processing and delivery times that are great for shoppers who want their gaming chairs or desks quickly. Shipping usually costs about $41 per item, but the final fee depends on your location and is shown at checkout. Free or discounted shipping deals are sometimes available, making it smart to watch for promotions to save more.
Secretlab's order cancellation policy is strict since orders are processed right after confirmation, which means most purchases cannot be changed or canceled. Shoppers should double-check their details before buying. For pre-orders, there is a small window to contact customer support, but quick action is needed. This policy favors fast shipping but offers little flexibility for last-minute changes.
Secretlab MAGNUS Rewards Program members can receive a free Secretlab Ethernet Cable Extender by sharing a public post of their Secretlab setup. The photo must show the MAGNUS desk and any Secretlab accessories. Post on an eligible social platform with Secretlab tagged, submit the post URL and application details, then watch for an email status update within 5 working days. Verified applicants receive a one-time use promo code by email.
Is there a program of major promotions at Secretlab?
Secretlab offers regular sales events, especially during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and major holidays, making it a smart time for shoppers to save on gaming chairs and desks. Discounts usually range from 10% to 20% with savings up to $150 off chairs and $100 off desks, though new or select models may not always be included in these promotions.
Are Buy Now, Pay Later services at Secretlab?
Secretlab makes it easy for shoppers to get premium chairs with a trusted Buy Now, Pay Later option through Shop Pay in partnership with Affirm. Interest-free payments are taken over 8 weeks every 2 weeks. This plan offers flexible monthly payments, making it a smart choice for budget-conscious buyers.
