Our Guide to 2026 Children's Place Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter my Children's Place coupon code?

Enter your code in the Coupon Code box located at the bottom right of the My Bag page under Offers. Click Apply to redeem your coupon before completing your purchase.

• What's Children's Place's return process?

Children's Place offers a straightforward return policy that allows shoppers to return or exchange unwashed, unworn, or defective items with original tags within 45 days, which is fairly standard for kids' clothing stores. You must have a receipt, printed, gift, or digital, for any return, as returns without proof of purchase are not accepted. Refunds go back to your original payment method, while gift returns get store credit. Online orders can be returned by mail or in-store, but in-store purchases must be returned in person. This policy is reliable but requires careful receipt tracking.

• What shipping guidelines does Children's Place have?

Children's Place offers free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more within the contiguous U.S., U.S. Territories, and PO Boxes, making it easy to save on larger purchases. Orders under $40 incur a flat $6.99 shipping fee, which is reasonable for smaller buys. Express and rush shipping are available for an extra charge, with rush orders placed early shipping the same day. This policy is shopper-friendly, especially for those meeting the free shipping threshold.

• How are cancellations managed at Children's Place?

Children's Place has a strict order cancellation policy that does not allow shoppers to cancel, update, or change an order once it is confirmed, which can be inconvenient if you change your mind or make a mistake. Orders may be canceled by the store if there are verification issues or out-of-stock items, but you cannot reinstate a canceled order and must place a new one. This policy means shoppers should double-check their cart before checkout, as flexibility after purchase is very limited.

• Does Children's Place have a program for loyal customers?

My Place Rewards from Children's Place is a free loyalty program that lets shoppers earn points on every purchase, with credit card holders earning points even faster. Points add up to reward certificates that can be redeemed for merchandise or gift wrap, making it easy to save on future shopping trips. The program is straightforward, offers real value, and is a smart way for frequent shoppers to get extra savings.

• Is there a Buy Now, Pay Later plan through Children's Place?

Children's Place offers buy now pay later options, making it easier for shoppers to spread out payments on kids' clothing and essentials. This flexible payment method can help you manage your budget, but always review terms and fees to avoid surprises and shop with confidence.

• Does Children's Place support price adjustments on purchases?

Children's Place offers a price adjustment policy that lets shoppers receive a refund for the difference if an item they purchased at full price goes on sale within 7 days. To request an adjustment, contact customer service or visit a store with your receipt. Note that online orders must be adjusted through online customer support and cannot be done in a retail store.
