Our Guide to 2026 PB Teen Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Promo Code at PB Teen?

Find the Promo Code box in the middle left of the Payment Page on PB Teen. Enter your Promo Code and click Apply to apply it to your order.

• Can you explain PB Teen's return rules?

PB Teen offers a fairly standard return policy, giving shoppers 30 days for most items and 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery, which is helpful for quick decisions. You'll need your original or gift receipt, and items must be unused. Refunds go back to your original payment method or as store credit with a gift receipt, but note that delivery fees are not refunded and return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to damage or error. Some items like personalized or final sale products cannot be returned, so review your order carefully before buying. This policy is straightforward but has some restrictions, so coupon shoppers should double-check eligibility before making a purchase.

• What's PB Teen's shipping process?

PB Teen's shipping policy includes standard and next-day parcel delivery, plus white glove truck service for larger items. Standard delivery typically arrives in 5-7 business days, while personalized or custom items may take longer. Shipping costs are based on order total, with a 5% fee on purchases over $3,000.01, though eligible furniture orders can qualify for an unlimited flat-rate option. PB Teen ships to all 50 states, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses, with additional fees for Alaska, Hawaii, and military or territorial locations. Most items ship to P.O. boxes, but oversized and manufacturer-direct items are excluded.

• Does PB Teen offer a loyalty program?

PB Teen's Key Rewards loyalty program is a solid choice for frequent shoppers who want to earn cashback and perks across the Pottery Barn family of brands. With free membership and no purchase minimum to join, you can earn 2% back on purchases or 5% if you become a cardmember. Rewards are easy to redeem both online and in-store, making this program a valuable way to save on home and teen essentials.

• Does PB Teen run major promotions?

Pottery Barn Teen offers regular opportunities to save through seasonal sales, clearance events, and major promotional periods. Discounts can reach 60% off on select items, while free-shipping promotions may be available subject to order minimums and exclusions. Shoppers don't need to join a rewards program to shop sales, but Key Rewards members can receive exclusive offers and early access to sales and new products. Overall, PB Teen can be a good option for shoppers looking for discounted teen furniture, bedding, and decor, particularly when sale and clearance promotions are running.

• Is there a Buy Now, Pay Later plan through PB Teen?

PB Teen offers a Buy Now Pay Later option through Affirm, allowing purchases to be split into monthly payments, often interest-free, with 3, 6, and 12-month plan options. Plan availability can vary by purchase amount and a down payment may be required, so it is important to review terms before checking out.

• Is there a credit card option offered through PB Teen?

The Key Rewards Visa from PB Teen is a strong choice for shoppers looking to maximize savings, offering 10% back in rewards for the first 30 days and 5% back after. There is also a $25 birthday reward, early access to promotions and no annual fee, all with flexible financing.
